FREE SHIPPING on all domestic orders, no matter which item you are getting!
When you look good, we do too and we want you looking good as soon as possible. So we've kept our shipping policy equally simple. For all domestic orders, shipping is free on all orders0! Depending on where you call home, you can expect your own package of hotness within 2 to 7 days.
Can't wait to get your hands on your Aksel? We like the enthusiasm. So if you're looking to have your shirt several days sooner than standard shipping permits, feel free to select the upgrade and pay for it accordingly. We don't make money on shipping and we know it's nice to have options.
If you're international, like our founder, we'll make sure your shirt is shipped with FedEx or US Postal for $29 ONLY depending on what you choose. If you need to make an exchange or return from outside the US, you will need to cover the shipping cost since we can not provide return labels abroad. Customers living outside the U.S. will be responsible for any and all customs duties on all orders. Any questions? Ping an A-Man.
Returns & Exchanges
You can return any merchandise within 30 days, NO QUESTIONS ASKED.
We know you're thrilled to have received a limited-edition Aksel shirt but if you're having any issue fitting into it or your buddy really doesn't understand your style (hey, flowers are totally legit for some guys) then please feel free to contact us and one of our customer service Ambassadeurs, or A-Men, will send you a return label.
If you plan on wearing your shirt out or washing it, please plan on keeping it. Otherwise, this is how it works:
-> Exchanges are free and we cover the shipping cost both ways.
-> Same thing if you return merchandise and want to get an in-store credit, we cover the shipping cost both ways.
-> If you want a refund, we'll simply deduct a $5 flat fee per item to help cover the return postage and restocking (it actually costs us much more), your refund will be processed within 7 days upon reception of the merchandise.
